A Little (Boring) History
I'm a design leader with a passion for building badass teams. I've been in the tech industry for over 8 years, but my leadership journey started long before that. I was a football team captain in high school, a music group leader in college, and even started and coached my own football team at a 3rd division level in my country.
These experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and creativity. They also gave me the confidence to lead others and take on challenges.
As a design leader, I take pride in building cross-functional, data-driven teams. I'm always looking for ways to improve our processes and make our work more efficient. I'm also committed to creating an inclusive, friendly, and creative environment where my team can thrive.
